Richard J. Davis
Founder and President of Davis Associates, Richard Davis has spent over 35 years serving clients in the greater Monmouth County area of New Jersey. His experience as a business owner gives him great insight and a clear picture of the current day-to-day factors involved in running a successful operation. He believes that a plan needs to fit your unique situation like a glove to provide quality coverage and benefits with an eye always on the bottom line.

committed Staff have been a strong factor in maintaining high standards

Lisa Valentin
Ms. Valentin came to Davis with a Human Resource and Account Management background. Creating and developing the Davis Group Benefits Division, Lisa has put her efforts into staying ahead of the learning curve on all of the continually changing plan designs and regulations. Lisa and her staff pride themselves on excellent customer service and going above and beyond to meet the needs of their vast client base in the NJ, NY, & PA area year after year.
